미국에서 가장 맛있는 음식이 pulled pork 인것 같다. 😁😁

외국인 친구에게 레시피를 물어봤지만 패스하고 그냥 소스를 사기로 결정했다
친구말로는 슬로우 쿠커가 필요하다고 했는데 몇개월 후에 다시가야하는 나로써는 사는것은 좀 낭비라고 생각한다.
(I asked my foreign friends how to make this but I gave up and decided to buy sources. He said I need to a slowcooker to make pulled pork but I think I dont need to buy that because I will go back korea after few months)
그래서 고민 끝에 슬로우쿠커에 대해 알아본 걸과 천천히 요리하는 것으로 나만의 결정을 내렸고 그래서 오븐과 냄비로 요리하기로 결정했다.
(So I studied slowcookers and decided to cook by using a oven and a pot)
(I and my wife argued with this sources because of the meaning of "2 to 3lb)
아무나 잡고 물어본 결과 3파운드 조리하는데 2팩이 필요한 것이었다 ㅎㅎ
(I asked someone and the result was we need two packs for three lb)
(I prepared boneless pork shoulder and put the sources into pork)
(the receipt said It takes 7~8hours at the low temperature but I didn't know well I set the temperature to 200F. later I was anxious and raise the temperature to 225F)
(For breakfast. I got up moring. I thought the cook was made. At first. the shape likes this. After I stirred with a spoon. pork was broken down)
(I tasted it. I thought the taste was different from what my foreign friend made. but I understood the recipe was different. It was miraculous I made it a oven)
